Where the Account Holder uses or accesses the Third Party Data via the GFME, such use is subject to the Third Party Data provider’s terms and conditions, details of which are also listed here.
By accessing or using the Third Party Data, the Account Holder confirms their acceptance of these Third Party Data provider terms and conditions.
